The Oppo A3 Pro is set to make its debut in China soon. The company has officially announced the launch date of the phone, as well as provided a sneak peek at its design and color options. Prior to this, some details about the phone, such as its screen size and dimensions, had already surfaced online. It is expected that the Oppo A3 Pro will come with some improvements compared to its predecessor, the Oppo A2 Pro, which was released in China back in September 2023.
According to a landing page on the Oppo China website, the Oppo A3 Pro will be launched in China on April 12 at 2:30pm local time. The phone will be available in three different colors – Azure, Mountain Blue, and Yun Jin Powder (translated from Chinese). The last two colors will have a faux leather finish, while the Azure version will come with a glossy back cover.
The design of the Oppo A3 Pro matches the previously leaked CAD renders. The phone features a large circular rear camera module with two camera sensors and an LED flash. The power button and volume rockers are located on the right side of the phone.
In the meantime, leaked images of the Oppo A3 Pro revealed a screen with very thin borders and a small hole in the center for the front camera. On the bottom of the phone, there is a USB Type-C port, a speaker grill, and a SIM tray slot.
The previous leak also mentioned that the Oppo A3 Pro will have a 6.7-inch display, just like its predecessor, the Oppo A2 Pro. The upcoming phone is rumored to have dimensions of 162.7mm x 74.5mm x 7.8mm. It is also expected to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
