The Vivo Y200i is set to launch later this year as the successor to the Vivo Y100i. It is rumored to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC and a 5,000mAh battery. While the phone maker has not confirmed the model yet, it has been seen on various certification and benchmarking sites. The design of the phone has also been leaked in one of the listings. Additionally, a report has shared details about the expected RAM and storage configurations along with their prices.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, the Vivo Y200i was recently spotted on China telecom and 3C certification sites. The design render on one of the sites shows the phone in white with a marbled pattern. It features a large circular camera module on the back and a flat display with slim bezels, a thick chin, and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera.
The Vivo Y200i has the power button and volume rockers on the right side. At the bottom, there’s a 3.5mm audio jack, speaker grille, microphone, and USB Type-C port. On the top, you’ll find a secondary mic and the SIM tray slot. The phone is expected to have a 6,000mAh battery and a display with 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution. It might weigh around 199g and measure 165.70mm x 76.00mm x 7.99mm. The Vivo Y200i could come in three versions – 8GB + 256GB for CNY 1,799, 12GB + 256GB for CNY 1,899, and 12GB + 512GB for CNY 1,999.
The Vivo Y200i, with model number V2354A, was seen on Geekbench. It features an octa-core chipset named Parrot with an Adreno 613 GPU. The phone is listed with 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 14-based UI. On Geekbench 4.4, it scored 3,199 and 7,931 points in single and multi-core tests. The 3C listing suggests that the phone may support 44W fast charging.
