On Monday (May 20), Microsoft revealed the latest versions of its Surface Pro and Surface Laptop for consumers. This marks the 11th edition of the Surface Pro and the 7th edition of the Surface Laptop. These new devices come after the release of the business-focused Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 in March. What’s interesting is that these consumer-focused devices are the first Copilot+ PCs from Microsoft, as they now incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Unlike their business counterparts, these PCs are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X series chipsets instead of Intel Core Ultra chipsets.
