Leaks have provided some insight into the phone’s specifications. 91mobiles has spotted the phone listed on the Google Play Console, revealing key hardware details.
The Vivo X100s, as indicated in the Google Play Console listing, will have the model number PD2309. According to the listing, the phone is expected to come with 16GB RAM and run on Android 14 OS right out of the box. The chipset mentioned is MediaTek MT6989, which is likely to be associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC as previously rumored. To handle graphics, the chipset will be paired with a Mali G720 GPU. Additionally, the Vivo X100s will feature a 1.5K FHD+ display with a resolution of 1260X2800 pixels.
Earlier articles mentioned that the Vivo X100s is expected to have a sleek metal frame and a glass back. It will still have a high-resolution 1.5K display and come with a 5000mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging.
