Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro’s battery capacity information has been leaked. The Galaxy wearable is expected to be released later this year alongside the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3. The Pro version was recently seen on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification listing, suggesting that the launch date is approaching. It is speculated that the earbuds might be revealed alongside the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, the rumored Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra, and the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
As reported by 91 Mobiles, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro’s charging case will have a 500mAh battery, according to the TUV Certification listing. The battery capacity of the device is not significantly different from its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, which had a 515mAh battery in its charging case. Additionally, the model number of the earphones, EB-BR630ABY, was also listed, matching the BIS listing.
Although not many details were disclosed, the matching model numbers in the BIS and TUV listings suggest that the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro may be launched in India. Rumors suggest that the Pro model will bring overall improvements in sound quality, noise cancellation, and battery life. Interestingly, an earlier report indicated that this year both the base model and the Pro models could be launched simultaneously, unlike their predecessors, as the Galaxy Buds 2 were released in 2021 and the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro in 2022.
Just a reminder, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro (Review) come with custom two-way coaxial speakers that provide 24bit Hi-Fi audio compatibility with Samsung Galaxy devices running on Android 12-based One UI 4.0 or higher. The company states that these earbuds also offer 360-degree audio support with Direct Multi-channel.
