The latest Vivo V30e was released in India last Thursday, May 2nd. This new addition to the Vivo V30 series is powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and features an IP64-rated design for water and dust resistance. The Vivo V30e 5G comes with improvements compared to the previous Vivo V29e, including a stunning 50-megapixel front camera. It comes equipped with a large 5,500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Running on Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14, the Vivo V30e is set to receive three generations of Android updates.
Vivo V30e price in India, availability
The Vivo V30e comes with a price tag of Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB version and Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB model. You can choose between Silk Blue and Velvet Red colors. The phone will go on sale from May 9 onwards on Vivo’s India e-store, Flipkart, and partner retail outlets.
Customers can enjoy a 10 percent discount when using ICICI, SBI, IndusInd, IDFC, and other banks for their purchase. HDFC and SBI bank users can also get a flat 10 percent instant discount.

The Vivo V30e comes with dual SIM (nano) support and runs on Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14. Vivo has committed to providing three generations of Android updates and four years of security updates for this new device. It boasts a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) 3D curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and a 93.3 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it is equipped with a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM, which can be virtually expanded up to 16GB.
In terms of cameras, the Vivo V30e sports a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS support and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. There’s also an Aura LED flash at the back. For selfies, there’s a 50-megapixel front camera that supports 4K video recording. The device offers up to 256GB of internal storage and has an IP64 rating for protection against splashes and dust.
Connectivity options on the Vivo V30e include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It also comes with a range of sensors like accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure authentication.
